EMBROIDERY - THE PROCESS

The first step in the process of embroidery is to have your logo emailed to us sales@conceptwear.co.uk

Once we have your logo we can then give you an idea of the cost.  This is because the cost will be based on how many stitches are involved.

Once we have your logo and approval on costs we will then need to 'digitize it'.  This 'trade word' basically means that we need to turn your logo from a drawing, computer image or even a scanned in piece of paper into a file that our embroidery machines can read, allocating the right type of stitch in the right colour to give your logo the final flawless finish.

Embroidery is extremely hard wearing with a particular look that works well with all types of garments and industries.

The  downside of embroidery has traditionally been the set-up fee.  Although we do charge an initial fee, because of the work involved, we have a policy of keeping these costs as low as we can to make the process affordable to ALL our customers.  Even if it's just one or two garments that you are looking for.
